I am hiring for a client in the Financial Technology space and they are looking for candidates who are experienced in Agile and Scrum within project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Agile teams in maturing into high-performing units, nurturing self-organization, collaboration, continuous flow, and ongoing improvement.
- Guide and facilitate Agile rituals, gatherings, and artifacts. Aid Product Owners in efficient product and backlog oversight.
- Work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to define clear objectives and align requirements.
- Promote the adoption of optimal practices, metrics, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
- Mandatory certification as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated track record as a Scrum Master or Project Manager within an Agile/Scrum framework in either the information technology or finance industry.
- Solid grasp of software lifecycle and its operational oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
