This is a permanent role with a large technology firm. It will be an individual contributor role and as this will be a senior position, we’re looking candidates already at Principal/AD/Director level.

Responsibilities
Strategize and elucidate pivotal insights into consumer engagements, architecting frameworks for enhanced visibility and strategic leverage.
Formulate and advance a high-level strategic trajectory to translate insights into globally impactful strategies, meticulously curated for the tech ecosystem.
Cultivate and uphold influential partnerships with executive leadership and principal stakeholders globally, championing synergistic alliances across our technology-centric organizational pillars. Champion innovative thought leadership and avant-garde methodologies to unearth novel insights, orchestrating initiatives that precipitate strategic evolution throughout the enterprise. Architect and direct strategic mechanisms for the continuous refinement of customer experiences, capitalizing on technological advancements.
Qualification
A minimum of 10 years of work experience, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of current or prior work in management consulting, ability to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business challenges.
Extensive experience in customer/consumer trends at a global level for multinational product or technology corporations
In-depth knowledge of customer lifecycle and retention strategies, demonstrating an understanding of how to engage and retain customers over time.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
