We're looking for a Business Analyst to drive customer-centric outcomes across journeys delivered by cross-functional teams. The role focuses on translating user needs into actionable requirements and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer-centric outcomes across journeys delivered by cross-functional teams
- Translate user needs into requirements and support Agile delivery and backlog prioritization
- Engage business, technology, and control functions to define solutions and drive alignment
- Leverage data insights to optimize journeys and identify automation opportunities
- Support testing and UAT, ensuring requirements meet acceptance criteria
- Drive adoption through training, communication, and embedding new ways of working
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, and control functions
- Experience with Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and requirements management
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and acceptance criteria definition
- Comfortable using data insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities
- Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working independently
Preferred Skills
- Prior banking experience
- Experience working in Big 4
Role Details
- Location: Hong Kong
- Contract: 1-year contract, renewable
- Language Requirement: Chinese (Cantonese) and English required
