We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / API Integration Specialist for one of our clients operating in the banking and financial services sector in Switzerland.
In this role, you will act as the main contact person for customer banks, guiding them through the connection and use of API services. You will support customers with technical questions related to API integration, analyse technical requirements and existing processes, and translate them into clear solution concepts, user stories and acceptance criteria. Working closely with customer banks, internal departments and development teams, you will actively contribute to the successful implementation and prioritisation of technical solutions.
You will also support the introduction of new functionalities and system adjustments, accompany test activities and ensure clear, traceable documentation of processes. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned applications and services and handling incidents in second‑level support to ensure stable and reliable operations.
If you have a technical education or comparable professional experience, ideally within banking or financial services, several years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering, a solid understanding of APIs and system processes, and experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe, this could be the right opportunity for you. Very good German and English are required, with Italian considered a strong advantage.
You can expect an exciting and varied position in a dynamic environment, a structured onboarding, flexible working hours with a home‑office option, attractive employment conditions and modern benefits, as well as real decision‑making autonomy.
