The opportunity

We are looking for a hands on Mid-Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy and maintain AI solutions for financial services use cases. You will join a regional engineering team and work across internal product development and client projects, including compliance, KYC and account opening automation.

What you will do

• Build AI and machine learning solutions from concept through production
• Develop applications using large language models, RAG and agentic workflows
• Own MLOps activities covering deployment, monitoring, evaluation and ongoing improvement
• Build reliable Python services that integrate AI models with enterprise systems and data
• Work with foundation models such as Claude and internally hosted AI tools
• Deploy solutions across AWS and Azure environments

What we are looking for

• Strong experience across machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering or MLOps
• A clear track record of moving from traditional machine learning into applied AI
• Strong Python engineering and software development fundamentals (experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar frameworks)
• Hands on experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining production AI or ML systems
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG, model evaluation and prompt development
• Working knowledge of DevOps, MLOps and cloud infrastructure
• Experience within banking or financial services is preferred
• Knowledge of compliance, KYC, account opening or other regulated processes would be valuable
• A stable career history with evidence of delivering complex projects over time
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently across regional teams

Principal ML Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to build and improve the core ML systems behind its consumer applications, spanning LLMs, agents, long running workflows, persistent context and memory, tool use, inference and evaluation.

This is a hands on individual contributor role with technical leadership responsibility, working closely with Research and Application Engineering to take complex ML problems from experimentation into production.

What you will do

• Experimentation and evaluation through deployment and ongoing improvement
• Build reliable model and agent capabilities that support real product experiences
• Develop evaluations to understand model behaviour, measure quality and identify failures
• Improve production performance across latency, reliability, safety and cost
• Apply training, fine tuning or inference improvements where they solve the problem
• Set technical direction within your area, mentor engineers and stay close to implementation

What we are looking for

• Excellent Python skills, strong ML fundamentals and practical experience with PyTorch or JAX

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React) to join our development team supporting a large-scale application support and maintenance project.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, React, and SQL Server, with the ability to contribute across new development, application support, maintenance, and enhancements. You will work closely with Agile team members and project stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software and support ongoing business operations.
