Are you a Digital Learning Developer with experience creating engaging digital learning content using authoring tools?

 

We are currently supporting a leading private bank with a requirement for a Digital Learning Developer.

This role focuses on transforming existing learning materials into polished, interactive digital learning experiences. You will work with established templates and brand guidelines to create learner-friendly content while ensuring quality, consistency, and a strong user experience across digital platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and update engaging digital learning content using authoring tools
  • Transform existing learning materials into polished, interactive digital experiences
  • Structure and simplify existing content for effective digital consumption
  • Use interactions, questions, scenarios, reveals, and other elements to improve learner engagement
  • Apply existing templates, design standards, and brand guidelines consistently
  • Work with images, icons, graphics, and basic multimedia content
  • Support simple image, video, and audio editing where required
  • Ensure digital learning content works effectively across different screen sizes and devices
  • Perform quality assurance checks across links, formatting, interactions, spelling, consistency, and overall user experience
  • Take briefs and stakeholder feedback and implement changes efficiently and independently

 

Requirements

  • Experience creating and updating digital learning using authoring tools
  • Strong visual design skills with a good eye for layout, spacing, typography, imagery, and consistency
  • Ability to turn static learning material into engaging digital experiences
  • Experience editing and structuring existing content for digital learning
  • Comfortable working independently with digital tools, CMS, and/or LMS environments
  • Basic multimedia skills, including image editing, resizing, icons, and simple graphics
  • Ideally, experience with basic video and audio editing
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
  • Understanding of responsive digital design and different screen sizes
  • Ability to follow established brand and design guidelines
  • Responsive and adaptable approach to stakeholder feedback
  • Able to work independently with limited direction
  • Business-fluent English (C1/C2) required
