Director - Data Risk & Compliance

• Lead and support environmental permitting, compliance, and risk management activities across infrastructure and network development projects within APAC.
• Manage environmental due diligence, impact assessments, and regulatory approval processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support both terrestrial and marine infrastructure projects, including coordination across investment, development, construction, and operational phases.
• Identify and assess environmental and regulatory risks that may impact project delivery, timelines, or operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental obligations, permit conditions, and relevant regional or international regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including project management, engineering, construction, operations, legal, policy, communications, and HSE teams.
• Review and provide guidance to external consultants and technical specialists on environmental studies, permitting strategies, and compliance matters.
• Communicate environmental requirements, risks, and approvals clearly to internal project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and support environmental awareness initiatives, internal guidance materials, and training programs.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of environmental governance and sustainability programs across the business.
• Support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder engagements across the APAC region.
• Participate in site visits, stakeholder meetings, and regional project discussions as required.
• Requirements
• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in environmental permitting, compliance, environmental impact assessments, or regulatory approvals within APAC.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure, utilities, telecom, or large-scale development projects.
• Experience managing environmental risks across project development and delivery lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, external consultants, regulators, vendors, and project partners.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable handling confidential or commercially sensitive information.

• Own and administer Azure API Center as the central source of truth for all enterprise APIs
• Register, catalogue, and maintain APIs including:
  • versions
  • ownership
  • environments
  • lifecycle stage
  • compliance attributes
• Define and enforce API taxonomy standards (domains, environments, criticality, ownership)

• Define and enforce API governance policies and standards
• Establish API lifecycle workflows:
  • draft → review → active → deprecated → retired
• Create and maintain API metadata standards, naming conventions, and versioning models
• Manage API registration processes including approval workflows and required documentation

• Configure and manage role-based access controls within API Center
• Ensure APIs meet enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements

• Focused on transport-layer logic, connection management, and client-side resilience strategies for users in challenging network environments.
• Full responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of the connection layer of the firm’s mobile SDKs, with a focus on resilience in the mainland China network environment.
• Execute and tune multi-endpoint, multi-protocol fallback logic — including domain rotation, IP fallback, and transport switching.
• Build client-side network health detection and solve the cold start / bootstrap problem
• Design the SDK to emit useful telemetry while remaining resilient when the telemetry pipeline itself is unreachable
• Liaise with backend and infrastructure teams on edge POP placement and transit selection
• Reproduce and debug region-specific connectivity issues using on-device tooling and packet captures

• 5-8 years of mobile SDK development on iOS or Android (both preferred) with significant time spent on the networking layer and a background in protocol design or transport-layer optimization
• Solid experience in Fintech, Exchange, Streaming, or Gaming companies, specifically working with mainland China end-users
• Proven hands-on experience working on apps for mainland China users with demonstrable reliability improvements, and experience testing directly against real regional network conditions
• In-depth understanding of TLS, TCP behaviour, and modern transport protocols (HTTP/2, HTTP/3, QUIC, WebSocket)
• Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, Charles, and platform-specific network debugging tools

Product Owner – IAM Authentication (NextGen)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of next-generation Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Authentication capabilities. The role focuses on modernizing authentication platforms, strengthening API and cloud identity security, and driving passwordless and Zero Trust initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for IAM Authentication and Secrets Security platforms.
• Lead modernization initiatives across Identity Providers (IDP), API security, cloud identity, and authentication services.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
