My client is a leading global fintech and blockchain company expanding rapidly in Asia, seeking a highly experienced Head of Exchange Operations to lead and scale key operational functions across its global digital asset platform. The successful candidate will sit at the centre of exchange performance, leading user-centric operations for the firm's global digital asset platform.

Responsibilities

Oversee core exchange operations across market-facing functions and work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Data teams to ensure the exchange runs efficiently, user insights are translated into product improvements, and market dynamics are actively monitored and optimised.
Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements
Monitor token performance, liquidity, and trading activity, and oversee exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CoinMarketCap
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Track key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance

Requirements

10+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading operations, product operations, or related roles, ideally in a crypto/fintech environment with exposure to token listings, liquidity management, or market operations
Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, including trading flows, liquidity, and token performance, familiarity with CoinMarketCap or similar market data platforms will be an added advantage
Experience working with trading data or market performance metrics, and working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams
Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing operational and market data
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic understanding of KYC / onboarding processes in fintech or crypto

We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud foundation for a large-scale initiative, supporting OT, IoT, analytics, AI, and enterprise application workloads. This role is responsible for end-to-end platform engineering, including cloud landing zone architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, cloud security, observability, governance, and production operations.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Terraform, cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevSecOps/CI/CD practices. This is a 100% workload contract (12 months with possible extension, immediate start).

In this role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of a Liquidity Risk Management programme across Asia, helping to strengthen internal liquidity controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, and IT to gather and translate complex requirements into effective solutions.

You will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget (> CHF 1m), and quality standards are met while following strict governance and regulatory frameworks.

Acting as the main point of contact, you will manage stakeholders across regions, deliver clear reporting, steer executive discussions, and ensure smooth collaboration across global teams and vendors.

You will also oversee project finances, resource planning, and risk management, using tools such as Jira and Confluence in an agile setup.

This position requires a hands-on project leader with experience in large-scale IT programmes within financial services, ideally with exposure to liquidity risk, treasury operations, or regulatory reporting.

A recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar), strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex, global environments are essential.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients, a leading global reinsurance company in Zurich, for a 12-month contract with immediate start.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Finance Data & Analytics team, contributing to the implementation of a modern Finance Target Architecture built on Azure Databricks.

You will work end-to-end on finance data flows, from ingestion and transformation to reporting, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into actionable items in Azure DevOps.

Your day-to-day will involve analysing complex finance data landscapes, defining data rules, supporting testing and UAT activities, and driving solutions through to go-live and beyond.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across server and network environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers and operating systems.
