A global technology company is hiring a Creative Director to support its internal creative team across brand, digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone with a strong Copywriting background who can turn strategy into compelling creative work, partner closely with internal stakeholders and agencies, and deliver high-quality output across regional and global markets.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead creative direction for global and regional marketing campaigns
• Concept and develop social-first, digital, video, OOH, and brand work
• Partner with marketing, media, analytics, program teams, and external agencies
• Translate insights, data, and strategy into compelling creative executions
• Present and sell creative ideas confidently to senior stakeholders
• Use AI and emerging tools to improve creative development and output

What we’re looking

• 10+ years of creative experience in an in-house creative team or top-tier agency
• Strong Art Director background is required
• Deep experience across digital and social campaigns
• Strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and social-first work
• Experience working on major brands, regional markets, or international campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Experience with India market work is highly preferred
• Fluency in English

We are looking for an entertainment-savvy Content Analyst to join the Content Analysis & Signals team, part of Content Platform Operations & Publishing. In this role, you will analyze content and apply metadata descriptor tags to licensed television series, specials, and movies serving 200+ million users globally. You will be responsible for tagging, researching, and enhancing metadata for the catalog at scale and velocity, maintaining the highest quality standards in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

This is a global team with regional specialization — you will be expected to bring broad knowledge of movies and TV shows from across the region and the world, with a particular focus and in-depth knowledge of the Thai entertainment landscape and its current trends.

This role will focus on coordinating Market & Treasury Risk impacts across systems, data, controls, and processes while acting as the key interface between Risk, Technology, and Change teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Market & Treasury Risk impacts across strategic transformation initiatives
• Take ownership of risk-related changes affecting applications, data, controls, and processes
• Act as the primary liaison between Risk, Technology, and Change teams
• Analyze system impacts, dependencies, and data flows

• 12+ years of experience leading payroll transformation, system implementation, and operational excellence across Asia Pacific and Australia, particularly within banking and large financial institutions.

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale payroll projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives across multiple countries and complex regulatory environments.

• Strong background in end-to-end project management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and executive reporting, ensuring successful and timely delivery of regional payroll initiatives.

• Extensive experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, HRIS, and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll solutions aligned with organizational goals and local compliance requirements.

• Deep understanding of regional payroll regulations and statutory compliance, including Singapore CPF, Australian PAYG, India PF/ESIC, and other Asia Pacific payroll frameworks, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.

• Skilled in payroll system configuration, data migration, testing, validation, go-live execution, post-implementation support, and integration with HR, finance, and timekeeping systems.

• Recognized subject matter expert in payroll operations, process optimization, and automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity across payroll functions.

• Strong vendor management and relationship management capabilities, including overseeing regional payroll service providers, monitoring service delivery, resolving escalations, and leading contract and performance management activities.
