Financial Documentation Coordinator (Freelance)
A prominent global technology company is looking for a Freelance Finance Professional to assist with the systematic handling of their financial documents such as invoices and purchase documents. This role focuses on reviewing and categorization of Philippines tax receipts, ensuring alignment with internal financial compliance standards.
This is a 1-month freelance assignment which is subject to extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine financial documents to verify the accuracy of essential information.
- Annotate verified documents and update the shared tracking system accordingly.
- Identify and note discrepancies or missing information, attaching explanatory notes to the respective documents.
- Organize and segregate documents by vendor and fiscal quarter.
- File sorted documents into designated storage solutions and maintain orderly records in the accounts payable archive.
- Securely dispose of sensitive materials, such as purchase orders or vendor information, as per company protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in roles involving Document Management, Accounting, Accounts Payable or Tax Preparation
- Residing in or near Metro Manila, with the ability to work on-site every weekday.
- Capable of adhering to strict procedural and policy guidelines.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Fresh graduates are open to apply (preferably from Finance Management, Accounting, or other related fields)
