Role Overview

This position focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining robust cloud environments and automated delivery pipelines. You will be responsible for creating reliable system architectures, operationalizing cloud infrastructure, and guiding client teams on modern technical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Documentation: Create and continuously maintain clear technical blueprints and system topologies.

• Environment Provisioning: Build and manage scalable staging and live environments utilizing declarative infrastructure tools.

• Pipeline Engineering: Design, implement, and secure automated continuous integration and deployment workflows.

• Third-Party Integration: Facilitate and support seamless API and external software connections.

• System Operations & Observability: Establish core platform capabilities, including centralized logging, health monitoring, and disaster recovery processes.

• Client Enablement: Conduct hands-on training sessions to transition system knowledge and operational procedures to client stakeholders.

Technical Qualifications

• Operating Systems: Practical familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line management.

• Networking & Security: Baseline knowledge of core network protocols, access controls, and security best practices.

• Automation & Scripting: Ability to write foundational scripts (e.g., Bash or Python) to automate routine tasks.

• Infrastructure Automation: Exposure to configuration management and infrastructure provisioners, specifically Terraform and Ansible.

• Continuous Delivery: Functional understanding of modern CI/CD orchestration tools.

• Cloud Platforms: Fundamental working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) services and concepts.

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for one of our clients, a leading telecommunications company in Zurich, Switzerland, for a 100% contract role until 31.12.2026, with a possibility of extension.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the sales organisation, supporting the team in their daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

You will prepare and manage quotations, contracts, and price lists, maintain customer records, and support the proposal process.

Acting as the key link between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Onboarding, you will help drive efficient collaboration and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will also independently handle customer requests, support internal and external communications, coordinate customer complaints, and accompany the team during customer and partner visits.

As an IT GRC Leader, you will take ownership of building, implementing, and continuously improving a group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive governance, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives that strengthen the organization's overall security posture across multiple international entities.

Your responsibilities will include leading ISO 27001 implementation and certification projects, conducting IT and information security risk assessments, and developing policies, standards, and security controls. You will establish governance frameworks, maintain risk registers, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as the central point of contact for governance and compliance topics, you will collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, Operations, and external stakeholders while providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you bring at least five years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), together with a proven track record of leading ISO 27001 implementation and certification projects. You hold an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification and have strong experience with risk assessments, compliance frameworks, audits, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Swiss and/or EU regulatory requirements is highly beneficial. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of physical and virtual server environments while supporting business-critical platforms and core IT services.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing Linux-based server infrastructure, operating Proxmox virtualization environments, and maintaining storage platforms such as Ceph and ZFS. You will provision, patch, and monitor servers, administer core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, NTP, backup, and disaster recovery solutions, and contribute to hardware lifecycle management across colocation facilities. In addition, you will support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange Online, while assisting with networking, VPN connectivity, firewalls, and general corporate IT infrastructure. You will work closely with infrastructure and network engineers on system improvements, automation initiatives, technical documentation, and incident management, while participating in an on-call rotation.

Your primary focus will be on telecommunications connectivity, protocol-level troubleshooting, and ensuring the reliability and availability of complex telecom and infrastructure services across multiple data center and colocation environments.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing SMPP and SS7/SIGTRAN connectivity with carriers, customers, and mobile network operators, supporting the onboarding and testing of new telecom interconnections, and troubleshooting protocol-level issues involving SMPP, SCTP, M3UA, and related technologies. In addition, you will contribute to the operation of enterprise network infrastructure by managing Cisco-based networking environments, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, BGP routing, and internet connectivity. You will also work with Linux systems, Proxmox virtualization, storage platforms such as Ceph and ZFS, and core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, NTP, backup, and high-availability solutions. Head of Strategic Sourcing

A growing regional organization is looking for a Head of Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy across its different businesses. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this person will oversee major spending across technology, operational equipment, logistics and corporate services.

The role will focus on reducing costs, improving supplier performance, managing commercial risk and creating consistent procurement standards across the group.

PREFERABLY REQUIRE PRIOR EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING STRATEGIC SOURCING FOR DATA CENTER OPERATIONS.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies across technology, operations and corporate-service categories.
• Lead supplier selection, tenders, proposal evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service commitments and long-term supplier agreements.
• Analyse company-wide spending to identify savings, consolidation and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Track supplier delivery, quality and service levels, and address any performance issues.
• Identify supplier and supply-chain risks and establish suitable contingency plans.
• Introduce consistent procurement policies, approval processes and spending controls.
• Work with Finance and Legal teams on contracts, renewals and supplier obligations.
• Implement procurement systems, reporting dashboards and process improvements.
• Partner with business, technology, engineering, operations, HR and commercial teams on purchasing requirements.
• Build and develop the sourcing and procurement team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• At least five years of experience in a leadership position.
• Experience managing procurement within a regional or multinational organization.
• Strong track record of negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies across multiple spending categories.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization and procurement governance.
• Ability to analyze spending, supplier and financial data to support commercial decisions.
• Experience using procurement systems, ERP platforms, Excel and business-intelligence tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology, retail, hospitality, SaaS or multi-business organization would be preferred.
• A master’s degree, MBA or professional procurement certification would be advantageous.

As a Network & Security Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and securing modern enterprise and data centre network infrastructures across multiple locations. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity by managing switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, internet connectivity, and network services while supporting business-critical infrastructure and telecommunications platforms.

Your daily responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining Cisco-based network environments, managing enterprise firewall solutions, operating site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, and supporting internet edge connectivity and BGP routing. You will monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, analyse network traffic using Wireshark, and implement network segmentation, infrastructure hardening, and security best practices. In addition, you will contribute to infrastructure lifecycle projects, maintain technical documentation, support Linux-based infrastructure services, and assist with data centre and colocation environments. Exposure to telecommunications protocols such as SMPP, SCTP, or SS7/SIGTRAN is considered a plus.
