Head of Settlements - Global FinTech

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of BCBS 239-compliant frameworks, including data governance, risk data aggregation, reporting, and controls.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive data risk framework, addressing risks related to data quality, lineage, aggregation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Data Governance, Risk, Finance, and Technology to implement effective controls over critical data elements, ensuring full traceability and transparency.
• Oversee risk data aggregation and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for BCBS 239, providing guidance on regulatory audits, remediation efforts, and enterprise data transformation initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in data risk, data governance, regulatory compliance, or related areas within financial services.
• Strong understanding of BCBS 239 principles, including risk data aggregation, data quality, lineage, and reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, regulators, and audit teams, while leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, data lineage tools, data quality platforms, and governance best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, DCAM, or DAMA are advantageous.

• Lead and support environmental permitting, compliance, and risk management activities across infrastructure and network development projects within APAC.
• Manage environmental due diligence, impact assessments, and regulatory approval processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support both terrestrial and marine infrastructure projects, including coordination across investment, development, construction, and operational phases.
• Identify and assess environmental and regulatory risks that may impact project delivery, timelines, or operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental obligations, permit conditions, and relevant regional or international regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including project management, engineering, construction, operations, legal, policy, communications, and HSE teams.

• Requirements
• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in environmental permitting, compliance, environmental impact assessments, or regulatory approvals within APAC.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure, utilities, telecom, or large-scale development projects.
• Experience managing environmental risks across project development and delivery lifecycles.

• Focused on transport-layer logic, connection management, and client-side resilience strategies for users in challenging network environments.
• Full responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of the connection layer of the firm’s mobile SDKs, with a focus on resilience in the mainland China network environment.
• Execute and tune multi-endpoint, multi-protocol fallback logic — including domain rotation, IP fallback, and transport switching.
• Build client-side network health detection and solve the cold start / bootstrap problem
• Design the SDK to emit useful telemetry while remaining resilient when the telemetry pipeline itself is unreachable

Product Owner – IAM Authentication (NextGen)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of next-generation Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Authentication capabilities. The role focuses on modernizing authentication platforms, strengthening API and cloud identity security, and driving passwordless and Zero Trust initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for IAM Authentication and Secrets Security platforms.
• Lead modernization initiatives across Identity Providers (IDP), API security, cloud identity, and authentication services.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
• Champion modern authentication technologies including MFA, FIDO2/passkeys, adaptive authentication, and Zero Trust models.
• Manage product backlog, delivery priorities, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
