Microsoft Security Associate Manager (Banking / Cybersecurity)
Location: Singapore, onsite as required; occasional regional travel may be required

Role Overview:
  • Lead the end-to-end production deployment of Microsoft Purview Information Protection across multiple countries for a regulated enterprise environment.
  • Core Scope: Implement sensitivity labels, publishing policies, custom and out-of-the-box Sensitive Information Types, auto-labelling policies, and Microsoft Information Protection scanner for on-premises file servers and NAS.
  • Platforms Covered: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Windows file servers, and NAS repositories.
  • Delivery Responsibilities: Manage production testing, country rollout planning, deployment readiness, change windows, runbooks, RAID logs, and hypercare support for approximately two months per country.
 
  • Required Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in client-facing consulting, delivery leadership, or enterprise security implementation roles.
  • Key Technical Stack: Microsoft Purview Information Protection, sensitivity labels, auto-labelling, SITs, label policies, MIP scanner, Purview DLP, Insider Risk Management, DSPM, and Information Barriers.
  • Industry Experience: Proven success delivering production rollouts in regulated environments; banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, provide status reporting, coordinate with Microsoft and enterprise teams, and manage senior client stakeholders.
  • Certifications: SC-400 or SC-401 is strongly preferred; Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CISSP, or CDPSE is an advantage.
