• Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud Strategic Workforce Planning solutions that align talent, skills, headcount, and workforce cost with long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead workforce planning activities, including demand and supply forecasting, gap analysis, capacity planning, and scenario modeling.
• Configure and implement Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS, and Workforce Planning modules to support planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
• Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, compensation, skills, labor cost, attrition, hiring plans, and workforce optimization.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate workforce strategy into measurable plans, assumptions, and dashboards.
• Support data integration, calculation rules, forms, reports, testing, user training, and deployment activities across Oracle EPM solutions.

Required Experience & Skills
• Strong experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, workforce analytics, HR planning, or finance-led workforce cost planning.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS Workforce Planning, Planning forms, Smart View, business rules, and reporting.
• Good understanding of workforce forecasting, compensation planning, skills planning, scenario analysis, and workforce budgeting processes.
• Experience supporting consulting engagements or enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations across HR, Finance, and business functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle EPM Cloud or EPBCS certification is preferred.
• Experience in large enterprise, public sector, HR transformation, or finance transformation programs is an advantage.
