The Role

As Product Manager, you'll own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring business priorities translate into high-impact platform capabilities.

Working alongside engineering, architecture, data science, and commercial teams, you will:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for an enterprise AI platform.

• Build business cases and prioritise investment to maximise customer and commercial value.

• Translate customer needs into scalable AI platform capabilities.

• Partner with engineering teams to deliver innovative products using Agile methodologies.

• Support customer engagements, product demonstrations, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

• Define user stories, success metrics, and product priorities while driving continuous improvement.

• Mentor colleagues and help shape product management best practices across the organisation.

About You

You'll bring:

• 6+ years' experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology platforms.

• A strong track record of owning product strategy and successfully delivering platform or AI-enabled products.

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, or modern software platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

• A customer-first mindset, commercial awareness, and a passion for innovation.

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI infrastructure, MLOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or AI governance would be highly desirable.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for AI to join a growing development team in Ireland on a fully remote basis. The role itself will be building and scaling production-grade AI systems powering real-time applications and high-volume data pipelines.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI infrastructure, modern cloud-native engineering, and building reliable LLM-powered services at scale. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment using modern DevOps practices, Infrastructure-as-Code, and agentic development tools to deliver impactful solutions quickly and safely.
