We are looking for a Procurement Contract Data, Documentation & Records Analyst for one of our clients, a leading organisation within the financial services industry in Zurich, Switzerland, for a contract role.

In this role, you will step into a critical position within a high-impact remediation and data quality programme in a regulated environment.

Acting as a Procurement Subject Matter Expert, you will work closely with Third Party Risk Management and cross-functional teams to bring clarity to complex procurement and contract landscapes.

You will be exploring multiple systems and repositories, connecting the dots between third-party services, contracts, and procurement documentation, while ensuring everything is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Your day-to-day will involve investigating missing or inconsistent contract data, reconstructing contract hierarchies, validating documentation, and improving metadata quality.

You will also be retrieving and analysing procurement artefacts such as RFPs, due diligence records, supplier onboarding documentation and governance materials, coordinating searches across tools like SharePoint and document repositories, and ensuring all findings meet regulatory and reporting standards.

Additionally, you will perform data validation and second-level reviews, identify gaps in documentation structures, track open issues and dependencies, support stakeholders with complex information requests, and contribute to process improvements, better data governance, and more efficient repository structures.

You will collaborate with procurement, legal, and operational stakeholders, helping resolve data gaps and contributing to stronger governance, reporting, and regulatory readiness.

This is a role where your analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured approach will directly impact the organisation’s ability to meet critical regulatory requirements.

This is a contract starting 17.08.2026 until 31.12.2026, with a potential extension, based in Zurich- and offered at an 80% workload.

roject Manager – Business Restructuring

Overview:
A compact team is going through an operational restructuring aimed at improving how the business runs day to day. We're looking for a Project Manager who can steer this transition from start to finish, balancing regulatory diligence with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the planned changes through multiple lenses before they're rolled out:
  • From the customer's side — check that any shift complies with insurance rules in the market, particularly around how and when customers are informed or asked for consent, depending on the product line involved
  • From the partner's side — confirm the changes hold up against local insurance requirements, and advise on how much detail should reasonably be shared with external partners
  • From a compliance standpoint — make sure the broader restructuring fits within what regulators expect locally

You will be responsible for maintaining supplier data within procurement platforms, managing purchase orders, obtaining and negotiating quotations, supporting contract preparation and execution, and assisting internal stakeholders and suppliers with procurement-related queries.

We are looking for an SAP Ariba Upstream Configuration Specialist for one of our clients within the banking industry, for an exciting role on a large-scale Source-to-Pay transformation programme.

In this role, you will take ownership of configuring and building upstream procurement processes across SAP Ariba, covering Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Sourcing, and Contracts.

You will translate business requirements and global process designs into live system configuration – shaping workflows, approval structures, and core logic that drive the platform.

Working closely with the SAP integration team, you will ensure seamless alignment with SAP S/4HANA, contributing to a well-integrated and scalable system landscape.
