My client is a global financial institution currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic Non-Financial Risk transformation initiative. In this role, you will lead requirements analysis and data-driven insights across risk, technology, and business teams, helping to strengthen risk prevention capabilities and enhance control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services; consulting and/or risk management experience is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk management, particularly within wholesale banking
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business actions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in NFR is highly desirable

My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Non-Financial Risk initiatives within a dynamic, Agile environment. This role will partner closely with Risk, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Business teams to deliver critical enhancements to risk controls, data capabilities, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain delivery approaches aligned with governance standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, sequencing, and dependency management
• Drive delivery momentum by removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and enabling team success
• Coordinate delivery of data ingestion from multiple sources into consolidated repositories, ensuring quality and ownership
• Ensure data quality, integrity, lineage, and security requirements are met in collaboration with Technology and Data teams
• Oversee implementation of NFR control enhancements, ensuring proper assessment, approval, and monitoring

My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Activation Analyst to support the successful rollout of KYC transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring business readiness, driving adoption, and embedding new KYC capabilities that enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer due diligence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end market activation for KYC transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across business units
• Conduct change impact assessments and define business readiness plans for new KYC processes and capabilities
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Digital, and Product teams to align on implementation and delivery objectives

We are looking for an Operational Procurement / Purchase Order Specialist for one of our clients coming from the telco sector, supporting a complex and fast‑paced SAP hardware ordering environment.

In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end PR to PO conversion, ensuring all purchase requests are processed within defined SLAs and executed with a strong “first time right” mindset. You will be at the heart of daily operations, acting as the key interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing communication, order follow‑ups and resolving operational issues such as delivery delays or invoice mismatches.

You will actively monitor and manage the order backlog, ensuring timely delivery and escalating where needed, while maintaining high data quality as the foundation for accurate order processing.

Beyond execution, you will help stabilise and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities to optimise ordering, tracking and issue handling. You will also contribute to SAP hardware ordering initiatives and projects, supporting testing, implementation and operational readiness.

If you bring 3–5 years of experience in operational procurement or purchase order management, strong hands‑on SAP PR‑to‑PO expertise, and confidence in managing suppliers at an operational level, this could be a great next step. You should be fluent in English and comfortable communicating in German in day‑to‑day operations.

Experience with Ariba, material master data, operational projects or telecommunications is a strong advantage.
