A leading global digital services and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale digital marketing solutions.

This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing technology professional who can translate business objectives into scalable SFMC architectures, drive technical delivery, and provide strategic guidance across complex customer engagement and cross-channel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution architectures aligned with business and marketing objectives

• Assess current-state environments, identify architecture gaps, and develop scalable target-state solutions

• Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into well-architected SFMC solutions

• Oversee the implementation of SFMC platforms, including custom development, integrations, and data migration activities

• Drive platform innovation, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives

• Guide integration strategies across Salesforce and external systems using real-time and batch processing approaches

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or Customer Engagement platforms

• Strong experience implementing and architecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in enterprise environments

• At least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification

• Hands-on experience across key SFMC modules, including:

Email Studio
Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Content Builder
Contact Builder
Mobile Studio

Personalization

• Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing concepts, including campaign orchestration, customer journeys, real-time interactions, and next-best-offer strategies

• Experience designing and implementing SFMC integrations using out-of-the-box connectors, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and batch integrations

• Knowledge of data modeling, customer data management, and platform architecture within SFMC

• Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, consent management, and regulatory compliance requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate the value of integrated marketing ecosystems
