This role focuses on system stability, performance, and end-to-end support across SAP landscapes, with strong involvement in Convergent Charging and migration initiatives.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and support SAP systems (ECC / S/4HANA) across multiple environments
  • Administer Convergent Charging platforms, ensuring performance and reliability
  • Handle system setup, configuration, upgrades, and patching
  • Support migrations (on-prem to cloud / RISE) and system refresh activities
  • Troubleshoot issues across BASIS, charging, and system integrations
  • Manage transports, job scheduling, and client administration
  • Work closely with functional, billing, and integration teams for smooth operations
  • Support deployments, releases, and critical production issues
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS (ECC / S/4HANA)
  • Hands-on experience with Convergent Charging
  • Knowledge of billing/revenue platforms and system integrations (e.g., BRIM)
  • Experience with SAP migrations (cloud / RISE)
  • Familiar with Linux/Unix and database environments (HANA preferred)
