The Singapore team has grown steadily in recent years.

The role
The company is implementing SAP ECC6. Working closely with the IT Business Partner and the project team, you will be central to testing, business process validation, defect management, cutover and post-go-live support.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process validation
  • Drive defect logging, tracking, retesting and resolution with the implementation team
  • Support business users through testing cycles and deployment
  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation and migration testing
  • Document processes, test results, issues and recommendations for project sign-off
  • Support end-user training, business readiness, cutover, hypercare and stabilisation
  • Provide SAP functional support and troubleshooting during and after go-live
  • Maintain project documentation, process flows and test evidence

What you bring

  • 3+ years in SAP functional support, ERP support or implementation projects
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC6 environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end integrated processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Make (PTM), Product Development (PD), Record-to-Report (RTR), Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Customer Service (CS)
  • Experience with UAT, business validation, cutover, hypercare and deployment
  • Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
