A large global enterprise undergoing a major HR technology transformation is looking for a Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to own the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay across multiple instances.

 

The organization operates across several business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures — this role sits at the center of aligning global compensation strategy with local requirements, at scale.

 

This is on an initial 12-month contract role based in Singapore.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and configuration of SF Compensation and Variable Pay across multi-instance landscapes
  • Build salary planning, merit, bonus, and incentive programs with regional and legal entity variations
  • Drive standardization and governance across compensation plans, eligibility rules, and release cycles
  • Configure variable pay programs including proration logic, funding models, and payout calculations
  • Define integration requirements with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in HR technology with deep expertise in SF Compensation and Variable Pay
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certifications — both required
  • Proven experience leading compensation workstreams on large-scale, global HR transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with multi-instance SF landscapes and multi-currency pay structures
  • Strong knowledge of variable pay design, incentive programs, and total rewards frameworks
  • Experience integrating Compensation with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll
  • Familiarity with pay equity regulations and cross-border compliance requirements

 

Nice to have:
