We are looking for an IT Auditor for one of our clients, who is a growing international technology company based in Switzerland, for a permanent position (80%-100% workload).

In this role, you will take ownership of expanding and leading the company's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) across multiple group entities.

You will work closely with executive leadership, IT, Legal, HR, and Operations teams, driving governance, risk management, compliance, certification initiatives, and continuous improvement of the security framework.

You will also manage ISO 27001 audits, conduct risk assessments, establish governance frameworks, and provide strategic risk reporting to senior stakeholders.

If you have experience leading ISO 27001 implementation and certification projects, a strong background in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or GRC, and excellent stakeholder management skills, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Knowledge of Swiss or EU regulatory environments and fluency in English is required. German is nice to have.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be at the heart of the sales organisation, supporting the team in their daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

As an IT GRC Leader, you will take ownership of building, implementing, and continuously improving a group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive governance, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives that strengthen the organization's overall security posture across multiple international entities.

Your responsibilities will include leading ISO 27001 implementation and certification projects, conducting IT and information security risk assessments, and developing policies, standards, and security controls. You will establish governance frameworks, maintain risk registers, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of physical and virtual server environments while supporting business-critical platforms and core IT services.

Head of Strategic Sourcing

A growing regional organization is looking for a Head of Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy across its different businesses. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this person will oversee major spending across technology, operational equipment, logistics and corporate services.

The role will focus on reducing costs, improving supplier performance, managing commercial risk and creating consistent procurement standards across the group.

PREFERABLY REQUIRE PRIOR EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING STRATEGIC SOURCING FOR DATA CENTER OPERATIONS.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies across technology, operations and corporate-service categories.
• Lead supplier selection, tenders, proposal evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service commitments and long-term supplier agreements.
• Analyse company-wide spending to identify savings, consolidation and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Track supplier delivery, quality and service levels, and address any performance issues.
• Identify supplier and supply-chain risks and establish suitable contingency plans.
• Introduce consistent procurement policies, approval processes and spending controls.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• At least five years of experience in a leadership position.
• Experience managing procurement within a regional or multinational organization.
• Strong track record of negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies across multiple spending categories.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization and procurement governance.
• Ability to analyze spending, supplier and financial data to support commercial decisions.
• Experience using procurement systems, ERP platforms, Excel and business-intelligence tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology, retail, hospitality, SaaS or multi-business organization would be preferred.
• A master’s degree, MBA or professional procurement certification would be advantageous.
