Aufgabenbeschreibung:

  • Erstellung und Anpassung von Berichten und Dashboards in Salesforce, um wichtige Leistungskennzahlen zu visualisieren
  • Bereitstellung von 2nd und 3rd Level Support für unsere Fachabteilungen
  • Implementierung von Automatisierungen mithilfe von Flows
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Implementierungs- und Integrationsanforderungen im Salesforce-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten

Profilanforderung:

  • Erfahrung als Salesforce Administrator, insbesondere in der Entwicklung benutzerdefinierter Komponenten wie Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Flows und Lightning Pages
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Sales/Service Cloud und CRM Analytics
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische und komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Salesforce Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Our client who is one of the largest media providers on the Swiss Market, is looking for a Product Owner who is going to be embedded within Network Team who is responsible for the production of the video content.

As a Product Owner, you will coordinate and manage assignments of the relevant team.

Some of the task will include:

Main Tasks:

  • Backlog Management: Manage and maintain the backlog in Jira.
  • Formulate and sort clear Product Backlog Items.
  • Ensure the development team understands the Product Backlog Items.
  • Make the Product Backlog visible and transparent.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks (Backlog Items)
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and support team members.
  • Maximize the product value and the development team's work value.
  • Align and update the roadmap.
  • Stakeholder management.

In order to be successful in this role, you would need to have 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner and experience acquired in Media Environment/IT Networks/IT Infrastructure is highly desirable.

This is a contracting role with the duration of 12 months.

Workload: 60-70%

Location of work: Zurich

Languages: High proficiency in English and German language is mandatory.
