Scrum Master - Dublin

 

Location: Dublin

Contract: 12 months

Hybrid: one consecutive week per month in the office

 

We are looking for Scrum Masters to join our client, multinational financial services in their Dublin office. This is a 12-month rolling contract, hybrid working model.

 

In this role, you will drive agile projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement across two cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient value delivery and agile practices adherence.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and coach teams on agile values, practices, and processes.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and coordinate release management.
  • Enhance team performance through metrics and agile principles embedding.
  • Collaborate with product partners and chapter leaders to execute well-defined sprints and improve agile maturity.

 

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Proven ability as a change agent, capable of coaching diverse teams through new situations.
  • Effective facilitation skills to brainstorm and solve challenges.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning and promoting continuous learning culture.
  • Proficiency in using enabling tools such as Jira, Mural, MS Teams.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client onboarding environment, with a focus on new client adoption and account maintenance.
  • Exposure to Avaloq and Appway platforms would be considered as an advantage.
  • Familiarity and understanding of CRS and FATCA regulations is a plus.

 

Language Knowledge: English (Fluent) and knowledge of French would be a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects of medium complexity, including planning, implementation, and documentation.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Engineer specializing in S/4 HANA modules including FI/CO, SD, PS, and BP. As a pivotal member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP S/4 HANA solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning technology with business objectives, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4 HANA configurations and solutions.
  • Lead and participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from planning and design to testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and customize S/4 HANA modules including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), and Business Partner (BP) according to business needs.
  • Conduct system analysis, identify gaps, and propose improvements or workarounds to optimize processes and functionalities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed in SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules with other enterprise systems and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Business Engineer or SAP Consultant specializing in S/4 HANA FI/CO, SD, PS, and BP modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, data structures, and integration points with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
