We're looking for dynamic Account Managers to build and manage strategic partnerships across top-tier, third-party creators building for Horizon Worlds, supporting them closely to drive growth, create scaled ROI-positive strategies, and drive satisfaction in innovative ways.
There are 2 headcounts for this role - one will be focusing on the Vietnamese market primarily along with other English-speaking markets within the region ; and the other will be focusing on the Japan market. These headcounts are contract roles based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic partner to top-tier, third-party creators fostering platform affinity
- Serve as platform advisor guiding creators to build higher quality content and drive creator success
- Drive and measure creator engagement and performance metrics identifying optimization opportunities for improving portfolio KPIs
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of creator relations approach to sourcing and supporting top-tier creators
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking and results delivery of portfolio
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account setup, etc.) on behalf of creators
- Be customer, product and vendor champion with new product and program launches
- Make data-informed decisions to drive team performance, resource allocation and manage competing priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and deliver the best-in-class solutions for third-party creators
- Identify opportunities to improve creator products and the creator experience and influence action
- Work effectively in a collaborative environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Related experience working with mobile or virtual game developers
- Experience translating insights and data into highly impactful results
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts across competing priorities and constrained resources
- Proven communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, action-orientated with experience to get things done independently and overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions to problems
- Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside the organisation
