What You Will Do:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will provide a dynamic service by identifying and solving complex issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, and engage with multiple cross-functional teams to contribute to key decisions and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.

Knowledge Sharing: Lead efforts to document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to enhance overall team capabilities.

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential system risks and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools and technologies relevant to application support.
Key Requirements:

Expert Proficiency (Required): Strong, proven expertise in ESRI ArcGIS.

Advanced Proficiency (Suggested): Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management is highly preferred.

Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to manage and guide a team, take ownership of collective decisions, and provide solutions across multiple departments.
