Our client, an expert in the IT Services industry, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support their operations through efficient and organized back-office administration.
As a Back Office Assistant, you will focus on ERP-based order processing, coordination of operations to ensure smooth workflows and support various internal departments.
Prior experience with tools such as Navision would be a good asset.
Setting:
As a key part of the administrative team, you will focus on delivering efficient solutions and ensuring seamless internal operations within the company.
Focus:
- Order and contract processing including invoicing;
- Coordination of material deliveries (external/internal);
- Article Master & Resource Management;
- Periodic hourly billing of service contracts;
- Managing reception of both guests and visitors;
- Reception of mail;
- Coordinating manufacturer contracts;
Background:
To succeed in this role, prior experience in order processing with ERP systems, and industry-specific experience in the IT sector are essential. Knowledge of Navision is a big plus.
Duration: This is a permanent contract.
Language: Fluent knowledge of English and German is mandatory.
