Data Migration Analyst (Contract)

We’re partnering with a global consulting and technology firm that supports large-scale transformation projects across industries. They are currently looking for a Data Migration Analyst to join a key project team in Singapore, working on system and data transformation initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
• Analyze business processes and understand how systems and data interact
• Handle data migration and conversion across systems
• Work with SQL scripts and support data validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Help define future-state processes and solutions
• Work closely with multiple teams and support key project decisions
• Provide solutions to data and process-related issues

What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience in data migration and data conversion

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years ServiceNow project exposure
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading stakeholder discussions
• Preferably those with certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, or BA certifications
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

This is a contract role for around 8 months based in Singapore.

• Build and manage data pipelines from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, streaming)
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows using SQL and Python
• Ensure data is reliable, scalable, and ready for reporting and analytics
• Work with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2) for data processing and optimization
• Support data modeling and improve data structures for reporting
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and handle production incidents
• Partner with analysts, BI teams, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions
• Contribute in Agile delivery (planning, estimation, execution)

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Tableau and relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience working with ETL pipelines and relational databases
• Background in data modeling and data quality practices
• Exposure to tools like Kafka, Spark, or similar data streaming technologies is a plus
• Familiar with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) and cloud data platforms
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, production environments

This is a 12-month contract role for 12 months based in Singapore.

This role focuses on system stability, performance, and end-to-end support across SAP landscapes, with strong involvement in Convergent Charging and migration initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and support SAP systems (ECC / S/4HANA) across multiple environments
• Administer Convergent Charging platforms, ensuring performance and reliability
• Handle system setup, configuration, upgrades, and patching
• Support migrations (on-prem to cloud / RISE) and system refresh activities
• Troubleshoot issues across BASIS, charging, and system integrations
• Manage transports, job scheduling, and client administration
• Work closely with functional, billing, and integration teams for smooth operations
• Support deployments, releases, and critical production issues
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS (ECC / S/4HANA)
• Hands-on experience with Convergent Charging
• Knowledge of billing/revenue platforms and system integrations (e.g., BRIM)
• Experience with SAP migrations (cloud / RISE)
• Familiar with Linux/Unix and database environments (HANA preferred)

This is a contract role for 12 months based in Singapore.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Build high-performance backend services
• Integrate backend systems with databases and external systems
• Ensure system reliability, security, and code quality

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring/ Spring Boot)
• Experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and design patterns
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
• Understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/ Gradle)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and automation using industry-standard tools and practices
• Support containerised environments and orchestration platforms in production settings
• Collaborate with application, security, and platform teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and proactively optimize stability and efficiency
• Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance DevOps processes, tooling, and delivery standards
• Contribute actively to technical discussions and provide practical solutions to delivery-related issues
• Act as a technical reference point within the team and mentor junior engineers where required

• Strong hands-on experience as a DevOps/ Cloud/ Platform Engineer
• Proven experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Working knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of security best practices within CI/CD and cloud environments
• Ability to work independently within defined architectures and governance frameworks
• Comfortable operating in enterprise or client-facing environments
