Business Development Manager (Hunter Sales)

Overview
Our client, a leading global technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in Thailand.
This is a true hunter sales role focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing new enterprise customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence by building strategic relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and closing high-value technology deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.

Build relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise organizations.

Understand client business challenges and present tailored technology solutions.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and effectively manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.

Articulate business value, ROI, and strategic outcomes to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal product, delivery, and marketing teams to support sales initiatives.

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

Successful in new business sales experience within one or more of the following sectors:

Proven experience acquiring new enterprise customers and closing large-scale technology engagements.

Experience selling into large enterprise accounts and engaging senior business and technology leaders.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business.

Fluency in both English and Thai is required.

Candidates must possess direct enterprise sales hunting experience with a focus on net-new business acquisition.
Preferred

Experience within Retail Technology, Restaurant Technology, Digital Commerce, Payments, or Customer Experience solutions.

Exposure to enterprise software, cloud transformation, digital solutions, or managed services environments.
