Job Description
We are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to join leading aviation and infrastructure organisation operating mission-critical digital platforms in Singapore. In this role, you will design, optimise, and scale large-scale cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-efficient environments. You will provide technical leadership across cloud architecture, automation and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, deployment, and optimisation of AWS-based infrastructure
- Oversee Kubernetes environments, ensuring scalability, availability, and security
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and IaC best practices
- Manage networking and security controls including routing, firewalls, VPNs, IAM, encryption, and logging
- Support hybrid and cloud migration initiatives
- Monitor performance, reliability, and cost metrics, driving continuous improvement
- Lead incident management and mentor CloudOps engineers
- Collaborate with development, security, and PMO stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, engineering, or cloud architecture
- Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and application services
- Proven experience managing production Kubernetes clusters
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
- Solid networking background (routing, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs)
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Exposure to cloud migration projects and DevOps workflows
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
