We are working with a leading private bank in Luxembourg that is looking for an IT Project Leader to coordinate and deliver key technology initiatives.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and clarifying project scope, developing detailed project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful execution according to timelines, budgets, and objectives. You will act as the key liaison between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and clear communication across all project phases.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing and coordinating IT projects within defined scope, time, and budget
• Leading cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
• Ensuring adherence to the internal Project Delivery Framework
• Monitoring project development, risks, and progress
• Reporting status updates to stakeholders and documenting all project phases
• Managing change control, quality assurance, and project governance activities

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within IT and/or financial services
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA
• Analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Temenos Core Banking software (T24, Triple’A) and knowledge of euro clearing systems, SEPA, instant payments, or interbank messaging is a strong plus

This is a 100% workload contract based in Luxembourg, starting as soon as possible, for an initial duration of 12 months, with a 100% workload.

Fluency in English (C1 level) is required; German or French is an advantage.

We are supporting a leading private bank in Zurich that is looking for multiple SAP BW/4HANA Consultants to contribute to a multi-year transformation program focused on redesigning the finance system landscape.

In this position, you will support the implementation of specific work packages within the SAP BW/4HANA framework, analyzing existing data and reporting flows, and assisting in the development of the Financial Data Store (FDS) and Management Information System (MIS). You will work within a collaborative team in the CFO business unit to improve efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality across the organization.

To be successful, you should bring at least 2 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA development, proficiency in modelling BW objects, creating SAP HANA calculation views, and designing ABAP CDS views. Experience in banking or wealth management, as well as familiarity with SAP FSDM or SAP PaPM, will be considered an advantage.

This is a long-term contract role (24–36 months), starting in January 2026, based in Zurich-Altstetten. The setup is hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site and 2 days remote.

Fluency in English is required, while German will be considered an advantage.

In this role, you will contribute to the Financial Data Store (FDS) and Management Information System (MIS) frameworks. In this position, you will be responsible for defining safe and optimal stock targets, reviewing spare part portfolios and maintenance contracts, and optimizing reporting and tooling to support service management. You will oversee RMA flows and align with sustainability guidelines for obsolete stock. Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to assist them in several topics, one of them being a key one which is end of year closing.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, monitoring and analysing financial performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with operational and commercial teams as a business partner, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and group policies. A key part of the role is overseeing the use of SAP Ariba in procurement and finance processes, ensuring best practices and alignment with company standards.

If you have a strong background in financial controlling, hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, and experience in the end of year closing topics, then this is the right opportunity for you!

This is initially a 4 month contracting role with a hybrid option available. In addition, extension possibility is present as well.
