Are you an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in Credit Risk and banking systems?
We are currently supporting a leading private banking institution in Zurich with a requirement for a TEMOS Business Analyst to support initiatives within the Credit Supervision domain.
This role combines business analysis, project coordination, testing, and stakeholder management focused on enhancements and process improvements around the TEMOS platform.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for TEMOS enhancements
- Manage small to medium-sized projects end-to-end
- Act as liaison between Credit Risk, Front Office, and IT teams
- Write and execute test cases and support UAT activities
- Support training, change communication, and rollout coordination
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Track project status, risks, and reporting activities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk within banking or financial services
- Experience with credit limit, exposure monitoring, or loan management systems
- Strong understanding of data structures, flows, and data quality
- Experience translating business processes into technical requirements
- Familiarity with Agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Strong Jira, Confluence, Excel, and reporting tool skills
- SQL knowledge required
- Fluent German and English required
