D365 CRM Technical Architect
A leading consultancy is seeking a D365 CRM Technical Architect to define migration strategy, lead technical planning, and oversee system integrations. The role involves designing and executing migrations, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, guiding teams and ensuring best practices in CRM and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define migration architecture, strategy and roadmap creation.
- Manage system integrations and customizations.
- Optimize performance and ensure best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and stakeholder reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service Automation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Azure services, .NET, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Experience in CRM solution architecture.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.
