Full Stack Engineer - Mainframe

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong mainframe development expertise to join a high‑performing agile engineering team. The environment encourages innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence, offering engineers the opportunity to work on complex, business‑critical systems used by institutional clients.
You will be part of a team responsible for delivering and enhancing retirement and custody‑related applications, working closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers in a modern agile setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable mainframe applications
  • Contribute to architecture and application design decisions
  • Develop and support Batch and CICS applications
  • Participate fully in agile scrum ceremonies
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, architecture, and engineering
  • Uphold high standards in code quality, security, automation, and maintainability
  • Support continuous improvement and engineering best practices

Required Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years of professional software design and development experience
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
  • Strong hands‑on experience with mainframe technologies, including COBOL, DB2, CICS, COBOL Stored Procedures, and Native Stored Procedures
  • Proven experience developing and deploying Batch and CICS applications
  • Solid understanding of mainframe tooling such as ENDEVOR, FILE‑AID, ABEND‑AID, and CONTROL‑M
  • Experience working in an agile / scrum environment
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product delivery
