My client is a leading global high-performance crypto trading venue focused on super-efficient and high-performance trading. Built and engineered by crypto traders for crypto traders who seek a top class trading experience with the highest standards of compliance and security. As part of their expansion in Hong Kong they are seeking a User Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale their user growth engine. Reporting to the group CEO you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and organic growth efforts with responsibilities for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Own performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, setting KPIs and budget allocation to drive scalable, efficient user growth
- Oversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and creative teams
- Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibility
- This is a strategic and hands-on role for a data-driven operator who can switch seamlessly between campaign execution, funnel analysis, and team leadership.
- You will partner closely with Product, BD, and Data engineers to drive initiatives that compound over time and to to optimise user journeys and conversion flows
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in Growth, Performance, or Lifecycle Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, with an ability to build and scale marketing teams in a high-growth environment.
- Proven success leading multi-functional growth teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in Crypto, FinTech, or Web3.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant growth budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable or similar CRM platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
