We are supporting an international group in the search for a Head of Technology to lead the evolution and transformation of its global technology environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a technology professional who can combine strategic thinking with execution, driving improvements across systems, infrastructure, applications, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the Group technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead SAP and Microsoft 365 consolidation programmes across multiple regions.
  • Drive technology transformation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and effective technology operations.
  • Manage internal teams, external partners, vendors, and technology budgets.
  • Act as a key technology partner to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across IT operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, or technology delivery.
  • Strong experience with SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and technology transformation projects.
  • Experience leading migrations, integrations, or consolidation programmes.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, product, or multi-site environments is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the China office (1 week every month)

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools and technologies relevant to application support.

Key Requirements:

  • Expert Proficiency (Required): Strong, proven expertise in ESRI ArcGIS.

  • Advanced Proficiency (Suggested): Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management is highly preferred.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to manage and guide a team, take ownership of collective decisions, and provide solutions across multiple departments.
