As a Laboratory Technician in Process Technology, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing chemical processes that deliver real efficiency gains for global clients in the chemical and aluminum industries. In this role, you won’t just perform experiments—you will actively shape lab trials, contribute to process development, and ensure that results are precise, reliable, and actionable.

You will take full responsibility for the preparation and execution of laboratory work, collaborating closely with chemists, process engineers, and customers. You will document and analyze results accurately and ensure all experimental data meets the highest standards. You will also support development projects in gas-liquid reactions, filtration, and distillation, while maintaining and managing laboratory infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.

To succeed in this role, you bring a completed education as a laboratory technician, chemical technician, or comparable qualification, combined with around three years of practical experience in laboratory, pilot plant, or production environments. You have hands-on expertise in preparative chemistry and experience with analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, and titrations. You are familiar with high-pressure equipment like autoclaves, dosing pumps, and metal fittings, and have conducted gas-liquid reactions such as hydrogenations, oxidations, or ethoxylations. You are proficient with standard office software for documentation and reporting and communicate confidently in English and German.

You are a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment and enjoys taking responsibility for executing experiments and advancing development projects. You will have the opportunity to grow both technically and personally in an international, multidisciplinary setting while contributing directly to innovative, high-impact chemical processes.
