The hiring company is a World-Class Global Technology Firm headquartered in the US and they're looking for a B2B Partner Support and Product Operations expert to support their partner companies with onboarding, resolving operational issues, addressing API integration issues etc.

 

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION SUBJECT TO EXTENSION/CONVERSION DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS

 

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to point of contact for onboarding new partners and addressing their operational needs.
  • Provide prompt, thoughtful responses to partner inquiries, troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
  • Support partners with API usage, helping troubleshoot integration issues and coordinating solutions with product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor support queues and manage cases efficiently through email and ticketing systems ensuring service levels and turnaround times are met.
  • Monitor recurring partner issues and identify trends, sharing actionable insights with product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvements.
  • Identify recurring pain points and share clear feedback with cross-functional teams to help shape better products and support workflows.
  • Develop expertise across multiple product areas — especially content workflows, fact-checking, transparency features, funding tools, and video operations — to deliver informed, high-quality support.
  • Contribute to process documentation, keep knowledge bases up to date, and support training for new team members.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in other regions to maintain consistent support standards and share best practices.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, partner support, customer success, or a similar role in a fast-paced tech or digital environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working through change and ambiguity.
  • Comfortable using support ticketing systems and data tools (e.g., Excel or similar). Experience with APIs and basic SQL queries is a plus.
  • Business fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus..

  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
