- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI-driven transformation initiatives for Banking & Financial Services clients
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; ensure delivery meets business objectives and client expectations
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business, operations, and technical stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
- Translate business needs into structured project plans and actionable workstreams
- Drive adoption of new solutions by aligning stakeholders, managing change, and ensuring smooth implementation
- Establish strong project governance, including tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory, risk, and governance standards
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value and support ongoing business development efforts
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a consulting environment
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in Banking & Financial Services
- Strong understanding of banking operations, risk, compliance, or customer processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior and executive leadership
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Solid understanding of structured delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Awareness of regulatory and governance considerations within financial services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
