Job Description
- Take ownership of major operational problems: identify the root cause and fix issues quickly.
- Work with Operations and Development to solve live production incidents (including complex, time-sensitive issues).
- Improve and automate trading operations and workflows to make systems more efficient and reliable.
- Collaborate with vendors and Operations to set up backend workflows that help onboard new products and business initiatives.
- Automate manual processes by building practical, maintainable scripts and tools.
- Continuously find ways to improve tools and workflows.
- Provide occasional after-hours support and help with testing when required.
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in trading support or a similar technical role.
- Strong Linux and Python skills.
- Proven experience improving operations and delivering results as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced trading environment and collaborate effectively.
- Practical mindset and interest in building simple, scalable automation.
- Proactive attitude to improve systems within real-world constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
