For our client, we’re looking for an IT Recruiter to support a team focused on data centre technologies across Europe.
Join one of the world’s most recognised technology companies, with a strong presence and established European headquarters in Dublin. The organisation operates across multiple core areas, including a rapidly expanding portfolio of digital services and advanced technology solutions.
Details:
- Dublin-based (on-site)
- 1-year contract (initially)
- EU Passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G required
- Due to strong hiring demand in this space, there are multiple positions available!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Proactively source candidates across key European markets such as Dublin, Spain, London, and Germany
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and networks
- Re-engage with existing candidates and develop long-term relationships
- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding processes
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience (tech experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Fluency in English; German, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proactive, creative, and relationship-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
