Salesforce Developer (12-Month Contract - Extendable)

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that deliver business value. You will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and analysts to implement scalable, high-quality solutions while adhering to established development standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Visualforce.
  • Translate technical requirements into functional, scalable applications.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and automation as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with technical governance, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and support defect fixes in a timely manner.
  • Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (mandatory).
  • Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, deployment, and system configuration.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and release management is advantageous.
  • Public sector project experience is preferred but not required.
  • Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, or Salesforce Consultant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
