Salesforce Developer (12-Month Contract - Extendable)

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that deliver business value. You will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and analysts to implement scalable, high-quality solutions while adhering to established development standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Visualforce.
• Translate technical requirements into functional, scalable applications.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and automation as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with technical governance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and support defect fixes in a timely manner.
• Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (mandatory).
• Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, deployment, and system configuration.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and release management is advantageous.
• Public sector project experience is preferred but not required.
• Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, or Salesforce Consultant certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.

• 12+ years of experience leading payroll transformation, system implementation, and operational excellence across Asia Pacific and Australia, particularly within banking and large financial institutions.

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale payroll projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives across multiple countries and complex regulatory environments.

• Strong background in end-to-end project management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and executive reporting, ensuring successful and timely delivery of regional payroll initiatives.

• Extensive experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, HRIS, and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll solutions aligned with organizational goals and local compliance requirements.

• Deep understanding of regional payroll regulations and statutory compliance, including Singapore CPF, Australian PAYG, India PF/ESIC, and other Asia Pacific payroll frameworks, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.

• Skilled in payroll system configuration, data migration, testing, validation, go-live execution, post-implementation support, and integration with HR, finance, and timekeeping systems.

• Recognized subject matter expert in payroll operations, process optimization, and automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity across payroll functions.

• Strong vendor management and relationship management capabilities, including overseeing regional payroll service providers, monitoring service delivery, resolving escalations, and leading contract and performance management activities.

• Experienced in change management, user training, and stakeholder communication across diverse cultures and regional business environments, ensuring successful user adoption and operational transition.

• Proficient in leading payroll platforms such as ADP, Ceridian, and Ramco, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMP, Prince2, and Agile frameworks.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable payroll and technology solutions for multi-country operations

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of BCBS 239-compliant frameworks, including data governance, risk data aggregation, reporting, and controls.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive data risk framework, addressing risks related to data quality, lineage, aggregation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Data Governance, Risk, Finance, and Technology to implement effective controls over critical data elements, ensuring full traceability and transparency.
• Oversee risk data aggregation and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for BCBS 239, providing guidance on regulatory audits, remediation efforts, and enterprise data transformation initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in data risk, data governance, regulatory compliance, or related areas within financial services.
• Strong understanding of BCBS 239 principles, including risk data aggregation, data quality, lineage, and reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, regulators, and audit teams, while leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, data lineage tools, data quality platforms, and governance best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, DCAM, or DAMA are advantageous.

DevOps Engineer (12-Month Contract) - StackOps Platform

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of the StackOps platform.

Contract: 12 months (renewable based on performance and project needs)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new features and functionalities for the StackOps platform
• Collaborate with teams to manage configurations and integrations across monitoring solutions (e.g., Elastic Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance
• Proactively identify and drive improvements to enhance platform reliability and efficiency
• Provide technical support, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and configuration guidance
• Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and monitoring best practices
• Develop and enhance documentation and training materials for users

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform engineering, cloud operations, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, methodologies, and configuration management

Product Owner – Lombard Lending
1-year renewable contract

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of our next-generation global Lombard lending platform within the Global Products & Solutions (GPS) organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the digital Lombard lending platform, ensuring scalability, robustness, and regulatory compliance
• Lead a cross-functional agile team, providing clear direction aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with front-office users and global stakeholders to deliver solutions addressing real business needs
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to embed credit risk, portfolio risk, and regulatory requirements into the platform
• Apply deep expertise in Lombard lending and credit risk (e.g., LTV, haircuts, collateral valuation, margin calls, stress testing, risk-based pricing) to define accurate product requirements
• Champion Agile practices (SAFe/Scrum), driving sprint execution, PI planning, and continuous improvement using clear KPIs
• Support change management, release planning, and adherence to firm-wide risk and regulatory standards
• Contribute to long-term software strategy and a strong engineering culture within GPS
