Are you an experienced Risk Change Analyst / Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Market Risk, Treasury Risk, and banking transformation programs?

 

We are currently supporting a leading private banking institution in Zurich with a requirement for a specialist to support a strategic Risk Operating Model (ROC) transformation program.

 

This role will focus on coordinating Market & Treasury Risk impacts across systems, data, controls, and processes while acting as the key interface between Risk, Technology, and Change teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Market & Treasury Risk impacts across strategic transformation initiatives
  • Take ownership of risk-related changes affecting applications, data, controls, and processes
  • Act as the primary liaison between Risk, Technology, and Change teams
  • Analyze system impacts, dependencies, and data flows
  • Consolidate business requirements and coordinate implementation activities
  • Support end-to-end testing and change delivery
  • Identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies across workstreams
  • Ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and project streams

 

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Market Risk and Treasury Risk processes
  • Experience with risk systems, risk data, and control environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in complex banking transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery environments
  • Ability to work with Risk, IT, and Business stakeholders
  • Fluent English required; German is highly desirable
