Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team and play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and implementing scalable technology solutions. In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical execution, translating complex requirements into robust system designs. As a senior member, you will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our IT processes.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Systems Analysis: Lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution architecture design for new and existing applications.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with business units to define operational needs and manage external vendors and system integrators to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Technical Design & Integration: Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, overseeing system integration and interoperability.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee solutions meet high standards of quality and performance.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to junior systems analysts and project team members.

System Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and spearhead initiatives to boost reliability, security, and scalability.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive artifacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, system designs, and test plans.
Experience Required

Professional Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or application development within a large enterprise or public sector environment.

Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles from conception through deployment and post-implementation support.

Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.

Domain Advantage: Prior experience working with government digital services or familiarity with public sector IT frameworks is considered a strong plus.

Qualifications
