Our Client, a global payments company is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join a high-impact Security and Cyber Solutions team dedicated to building advanced fraud prevention capabilities. Our platform protects cardholders and issuers by detecting and eliminating fraudulent transactions at scale. Processing billions of transactions monthly, it delivers performance at speeds 10 times faster than the blink of an eye.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and analytical individual who is deeply focused on improving the customer experience. You will play a key leadership role in the System Analysis space, acting as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to drive product success.
Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver outcomes

Conduct technical analysis to validate that business and functional requirements are feasible within the existing or proposed technology landscape

Support Business Owners during the launch and implementation of new services or products

Lead conceptual design efforts and develop screen mockups for new features

Prioritize and evaluate enhancements across systems and applications

Analyze impacts of new development on current systems, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy

Create and maintain documentation aligned with the strategy for owned applications

Translate system requirements into actionable development insights

Provide design input to guide both frontend and backend enhancements

Lead technical requirements review sessions

Facilitate product grooming sessions and backlog refinement with stakeholders

Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and implementation

Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements (e.g., PCI)

Work with Agile (SAFe) teams to elaborate and size stories/features effectively
About You

5–8 years of experience in system or technical product analysis roles

Strong technical knowledge and systems thinking

Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in high-pressure environments

Proactive, self-motivated, and always eager to tackle complex problems

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor team members

Experience in large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives

Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships
