In 2022, Nicoll Curtin achieved record-breaking success, with growth across all our offices in Singapore, London, Dublin, Belgrade, Hong Kong, and Zurich. To celebrate this achievement, we decided to bring together all our employees from these locations for the first time in our company's history. It was a rare opportunity to gather everyone in one place, to celebrate our shared successes, and to build even stronger connections between our teams. Dubai was the perfect destination for this special occasion, with the vibrant local culture and stunning scenery providing a backdrop for a truly unforgettable trip.
Despite some unexpected rain on the first day, we didn't let the weather dampen our spirits. We continued to explore and enjoy everything that Dubai has to offer, from iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa to desert safari, malls, and marinas of the city.
The awards ceremony itself was a highlight of the trip. We had exclusive access to Marina Island on Dubai Creek, where we enjoyed an evening of exquisite food, lively music, and captivating dance performances that illuminated the night. Awards were highly anticipated within all our teams, as well-deserved recognition given to some of our most outstanding team members. This year, we celebrated our success and diversity, which are the hallmarks of our company culture.

Congratulations to our winners, including Daniel Imre for Best Newcomer, Contracts Singapore for Team of the Year, and Janelle Molina for Team Leader of the Year. Theo Stergiou also won Sales Employee of the Year, Highest NFI Contract, and Yves Amar recognised for Highest NFI Perm. Other notable winners were Shaun Harris for Non-Sales Employee of the Year, Maddy Richards for Most Outstanding Contribution, and Danijela Filipovic for Employees' Employee award. Jon Loh was awarded CEO's Choice for his forward-thinking and ambitious approach.
