We take pride in delivering high-quality, time-saving services and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients. In 2023 and 2024, we made 1,329 placements across 17 countries for 142 companies, each at different recruitment stages and facing diverse business challenges.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is reflected in the consistently excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS) results we receive from both clients and candidates. Most recently, over the past two quarters, we achieved an outstanding NPS of 89.
This result is above the industry benchmark of NPS 80 for outstanding performance. We believe that it demonstrates the impact of our consultative approach and ability to support our clients across contract, permanent talent solutions, and RPO recruitment.
How we measure success
We introduced our NPS programme in 2017 to track candidate experience from interview to post-placement, and continued to measure success with clients through repeat business, delivery outcomes, and compliance. On average, 1 in every 2 CVs we submit is interviewed, and 1 in 4 CVs leads to a hire. Our client return rate is 100%, and we’ve maintained a perfect compliance audit record over the last three years.
Responding quickly, delivering quality
We understand that hiring often comes with tight deadlines, especially when scaling teams or covering key vacancies. Our teams move effectively without sacrificing quality. It is often highlighted in the feedback we receive. One client shared:

This approach has earned us recognition as Partner of the Year to Mastercard for three consecutive years and Netflix’s 2025 Supplier of the Year for Contingent Hiring Staffing Services, alongside being selected to be on the AGS 2025 Strategic Supplier panel.
