Business Development Manager (Cyber Security) - Singapore

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. This role is 100% hunter-focused, requiring a proactive individual who excels in direct client engagement and has a strong local network in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with new clients, conducting numerous client visits, managing POCs/trials, closing deals, and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct client-facing role, making the first contact with new clients.
  • Conduct extensive client visits and manage the POC/trial process.
  • Close deals and act as the customer success/account manager.
  • Maintain a strong local network in Singapore.
  • Focus on sectors like government, financial services, and commercial space.

Requirements

 

  • Fluent in English; basic/conversational Mandarin for internal collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of and strong connections in the Singapore market.
  • 5 to 15 years of tech sales experience, preferably with at least 3 years in Cyber Security sales in the past/last job.
  • Proven track record in a direct sales hunter role; not from a fully channel sales background.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across paid media, SEM, retargeting, and emerging platforms like TikTok
  • Analyze performance metrics daily unblocking policy issues, refreshing creatives, and adjusting budgets to maximize ROI
  • Report against KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and CPL
  • Test new channels and creatives continuously to improve CAC and ROAS
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Lead, Analysts, and Creative team to align on goals and execute campaigns with speed and precision.

 

Minimum requirements

 

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X)
  • Proven track record of performance marketing success preferably in events, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Analytical and proactive, with strong grasp of campaign tracking, testing frameworks, and ROI optimization
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Webflow, Figma, GTM or Hotjar is a bonus
  • Interest in Web3, AI, or emerging tech is a plus but not required
