We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to take charge of our paid digital campaigns and drive measurable growth across multiple channels—covering both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our digital ad accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) to drive awareness, ticket sales, and sponsor leads
• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across paid media, SEM, retargeting, and emerging platforms like TikTok
• Analyze performance metrics daily unblocking policy issues, refreshing creatives, and adjusting budgets to maximize ROI
• Report against KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and CPL
• Test new channels and creatives continuously to improve CAC and ROAS
• Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Lead, Analysts, and Creative team to align on goals and execute campaigns with speed and precision.

Minimum requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X)
• Proven track record of performance marketing success preferably in events, tech, or high-growth environments
• Analytical and proactive, with strong grasp of campaign tracking, testing frameworks, and ROI optimization
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Webflow, Figma, GTM or Hotjar is a bonus
• Interest in Web3, AI, or emerging tech is a plus but not required

We have a brand new role with our financial services client based in Dublin. The role is a permanent and hybrid position with a lucrative package.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS in a production setting.
• Proven track record of building and deploying Docker images.
• Expertise in migrating applications from other container orchestration solutions (e.g., ECS) to Kubernetes, preferably on AWS EKS.
• Demonstrated proficiency in running Kubernetes workloads, ideally on AWS EKS, and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with Confluent or Apache Kafka.
• Experience developing and deploying Helm charts and libraries.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jenkins Core, including crafting and maintaining declarative CI/CD pipelines and libraries.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX operating systems and shell scripting.
• Solid experience managing services and applications in a large AWS cross-account environment, utilizing IAM and federated SSO.
• Ability to design and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks using tools like Datadog and Splunk.

• Installation, configuration, and management of existing and new server systems and applications (Linux)

• Management and further development of the network and firewall infrastructure (Fortinet)

• Design, implement, and maintain robust IP networking infrastructure.

My client, a leading financial player, is expanding their Hong Kong team and seeking an experienced Quant Risk Analyst to join their Risk Managment team. The team is responsible for providing governance and risk guidelines on new product/service launch, methodology changes and model reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Establish model risk governance framework, financial risk policy and financial risk data management related to quantitative modelling.
• Model development and implementation for new products, market and liquidity risk, including testing, and analysis for continued enhancement of risk management capabilities.
• Lead / support projects liaising with cross departmental stakeholders and regulators.
• Work closely with the model validation on enhancements to implement new models/methodologies and/or to improve existing models/methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a Quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
• Minimum 6 years of Market and/or Liquidity Risk Management experience from a reputable financial institution.
• CPF, CFA, FRM, etc. qualifications are preferred
